My Fare Lady is the life-long pursuit for Pastry Chef Charlette Bell to bring the delicate french macaron to Atlanta. Charlette is purposeful about sharing culinary heritage to harmonize people, families and cultures. She launched My Fare Lady for consumers who have developed an affinity for macarons, perhaps during their European travels, and would like to be able to enjoy them regularly while at home.
The launch of My Fare Lady stemmed from her work to pursue purpose which calls her "To harmonize people, families and cultures by sharing culinary heritage." She was inspired by her grandmother who has been a lifelong chef and cook for her family and passed on her love and craft to Charlette.
